Know Your Employee (KYE) Compliance Readiness Survey 
Following up on the success of the KYC Compliance Readiness Survey, Inspex have now launched the Know Your Employee (KYE) Compliance Readiness Survey. This survey focuses on the issues faced with the KYE deadline due in December 2008.
Participation in this survey will provide insights into industry readiness for the Dec 2008 deadline, and it may also help you assess your own KYE preparedness.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Compliance Readiness Survey
The Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (AML/CTF Act) was rolled out progressively. The first major deadline was 12 June 2007 with compliance obligations regarding AML/CTF compliance reports and correspondent banking. The next major deadline was 13 December 2007 where there were obligations regarding AML/CTF programs and Know Your Customer (KYC) identification procedures.
The purpose of this survey was to assess industry readiness for compliance with the 13 December 2007 deadline for KYC compliance. This survey was also useful for individual organisations to self-assess their own preparedness for KYC compliance.
